I am a clinical psychologist based in Brisbane Queensland where I assess and treat adolescent and adults.
Therapy can only commence with me having a good understanding of why and what has lead you to wanting therapy assistance. In our first session then we will discuss the events that have contributed to coming to see me, and other situations that might have happened in your life, that could be linked to now.

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, I am able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can emerge after a traumatic event (s).
It is common for people to experience sensations like they are reliving the incident, to avoid where it happened and even some of the thoughts related to the incident.
People with trauma can experience anger and be very focussed on their safety.

reduce these symptoms and guide you through the process of healing.
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship.
Couple Therapy sessions are a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
